Abusive behaviour is an action which causes pain or harm to someone else. This may not be intentional but it can become a harmful pattern. These actions can destroy your relationship and drive your partner and children away. However there are people available to help you break this pattern.

- Have you ever hit, pushed, threatened, frightened or intimidated your partner?
- Have you ever tried to stop your partner form leaving, restraining them or locking them in?
- Have you ever grabbed your partner during a disagreement?
